A fine restaurant in an exceptional setting. Set in the authentic surroundings of this elegant family home in Drôme Provençale, Le Plantevin offers a fine gourmet stopover just a few minutes from Vaison-La-Romaine, Buis-Les-Baronnies and Nyons.

You're invited to sample the Chef's delicious cuisine, either in the shade of the century-old lime trees on the terrace or in the elegant dining room with its panoramic view of Mont Ventoux. Christophe Auguste continues the family culinary tradition. The name of the restaurant is a fitting tribute to his predecessors.
Like his forebears, farmers and winegrowers, Christophe is very attached to the rural nature and generous terroir of his region.

Our opening hours

Restaurant Auguste welcomes you every evening from 7pm to 9pm.
La Petite Cuisine on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Monday lunchtimes from 12:30 to 14:00 in July and August.

Provençal speciality

Crespéù is one of our star dishes.

This Provençal speciality, delicately prepared by our chef Christophe AUGUSTE, is a real tribute to his mum, Françoise, and to the flavours of our region.

Crespéù, also known as crêpe aux herbes, is particularly popular in the Vaucluse region and the south of France. This rustic, tasty dish has its roots in traditional peasant cooking, where it was prepared using simple, local ingredients.

Crespéù is made up of a series of omelettes cooked separately and then stacked on top of each other. Each omelette may contain different ingredients, such as aromatic herbs, tapenade, tomato compote, etc.
