A real institution at the top of the Propiac-les-Bains pass, Le Plantevin welcomes travellers since 1850, when Léonie and Casimir Plantevin decided to replace the traditional straw mattresses by woolen ones thus transforming the family bastide into an inn intended to host the people coming for thermal cures and passing travelers. Since then, Marie Plantevin and her husband Marius Auguste, Germain Auguste, Paul Auguste and Paule Reynaud, Françoise Auguste ... have succeeded each other leaving little by little the agricultural and viticultural activities to one side, to make Plantevin what it is today : A ***Hotel Logis of character with 20 rooms and suites. A panoramic restaurant, a terrace shaded by hundred-year-old lime trees, a Spa wellness area and a swimming pool surrounded by a wooded park contribute to its unique character.

Since 2009, taking advantage of my experience gained abroad, I have the pleasure, with my partner Nathalie Auguste to continue the family tradition so well anchored in this beautiful territory. A commitment that we wanted to be as close to the soil as our predecessors and that results in an eco-tourism approach with the greatest respect for the environment.
